Roberto is always on hand to give you suggestions of his favourite dishes or what is on the specials menu for that day or you can ask him for almost any Italian dish which you may not find on the menu and his chef will cook it for you. He prides himself that he produces the best traditional Italian cuisine, and spends hours in the kitchen himself, either preparing or teaching his chefs to produce the dishes so that when eaten, you can imagine yourself in a trattoria in the heart of Rome.
